Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Description % Time)
80% Provide Materials Engineering support for propulsion hardware design,
fabrication and test. Develop and characterize elastomers, fibers, resin,
ablative and adhesive bonding systems. Develop composite chamber and nozzle
processes for transition to production. Interact with customers on technical
matters which require strong technical presentation skills.
SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS
10% Generate reports to document technical conclusions and findings.
10% Participate in design reviews and customer technical interchange meetings.
